Only the domain name owner or billing contact/credit card holder may cancel an account. Cancellations are effective upon the date specified by the authorized contact.

Because we have a 30 day free trial period, and invest in non-refundable resources in order to provide our services, cancellations are not eligble for refund.  

League accounts must provide 30 days advance notice for cancellations. It is your responsibility to make sure that we have received your request for cancellation.  To ensure cancellation dates we recommend calling us after you send your email cancellation request.
